Projecta Aims to Make PCB Projection Fast and Easy

If you’re willing to pay for it, you can get a PCB made in a matter of days or even less, but it’s hard to beat the convenience of being able to actually make it yourself. Unfortunately, depending on the process, this can be quite messy or take specialized equipment.

After missing a critical deadline on another project, the IntMinds team decided to come up with their own solution. The result is Projecta — a desktop CNC machine that selectively removes ink that you’ve applied to the PCB. Once this removal process is done, your board is ready for acid etching and to hopefully become a part of a successful project.
