This Stylish Window Solar Charger Is Designed to Make Sustainability Easy

Unfortunately, this probably isn’t going to save you any money. The Window Solar Charger costs $129 through the Kickstarter Early Bird Deal, but it only costs about a dollar to charge your smartphone for an entire year using electricity from your power company. The Window Solar Charger’s battery is only enough to charge a smartphone once or twice. The math is undeniable, and this device won’t save you any money. But, in a small way, it will help you reduce your dependence on fossil fuels. For the right kind of person, that kind of sustainability is worth the expense.
